We use the information you share with us to:

Important note: Moola Money is currently in its early stages of development. We do not provide regulated financial advice. All content, including any interactions with our AI-augmented coach or human financial coach, are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice.

Moola Money is designed for users who are 18 years or older and are UK tax residents, as our services are tailored to UK financial and tax contexts.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a UK tax resident.

By using our Service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.

Moola Money is an AI-assisted financial education and coaching platform that enables users to:

• complete a financial self-assessment.
• receive an automatically generated financial health report.
• access AI-enabled goal-setting support.
• engage with financial education resources and further AI-assisted or human financial coaching support.

Service modifications: Moola Money reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any part of it, with or without notice. You agree that Moola Money will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

To use core features or save your financial report, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• use the Service for commercial purposes.
• harvest, scrape, or misuse any user or platform data.
• attempt to access another user’s data or account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and all associated content (including but not limited to software code, user interfaces, text, images, videos, reports, tools, financial models, educational resources, logos, and trademarks) are owned by Moola Money or its licensors. These rights are protected under UK and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• you may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions relating to the Service (“Submissions”), you grant Moola Money a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such Submissions for any purpose, without any compensation or attribution to you.

Moola Pro is an optional paid subscription; pricing is shown in the application before you subscribe and is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We may also offer one-off payments for personalised services. Any paid features are clearly communicated within the application and are optional. Free features remain available without payment.

All content, tools, and chatbot interactions provided by Moola Money are for informational and educational purposes only.

We do not provide regulated financial advice under UK law, and no part of our Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any financial product.

You must not rely on Moola Money for financial decision-making. Please consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on any insights from our Service.

Third-party links: Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Moola Money. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at our sole discretion, including if you:

• breach these Terms.
• misuse the Service.
• attempt unauthorised access to data or systems.
• engage in abusive or fraudulent behaviour.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@moola-money.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moola Money excludes any liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the Service.

In any event, our total liability for all claims will not exceed £100, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Your privacy is very important to us. We collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details what personal data we collect, how we use it, your rights, and how we protect it.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moola Money regarding your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Moola Money.
