Moola Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions
Prize: two tickets to the Last Night of the Proms, Saturday 12 September 2026.
Last updated: 19 July 2026
This is a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter or to win. By entering, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Moola Money Ltd (“Moola”, “we”, “us”), Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. Questions about this prize draw: support@moola-money.com.
2. Who can enter
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date of entry.
- Excludes employees, contractors and agents of Moola Money Ltd, their immediate families and households, and anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
- Test, QA and automated accounts are not eligible and will be removed from the draw.
- One entry per person. Where more than one entry is received from the same person (including duplicate accounts for the same email inbox), only one will be counted.
3. How to enter (free)
To enter, using the same email address at each step:
- Create a free Moola account (a paid subscription is not required to enter or to win — see section 4 on bonus entries, which are obtainable free of charge).
- Complete the new Moola feedback survey linked from the competition page. This is a new survey created for this prize draw — responses to any earlier Moola feedback form do not count towards entry.
- Sign in and opt in on the competition page, accepting these Terms.
We verify entries by matching your Moola account email with your feedback-form submission, so please use the same email address for both. Entries that cannot be verified will not be counted. Entries close at 23:59 (BST) on 31 August 2026. Entries received after that time will not be counted. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for reasons outside our reasonable control.
4. Bonus (3×) entries — free to obtain
Entrants who hold Moola Pro access at the time of entry receive three (3) entries in the draw instead of one. Everyone else receives one (1) entry.
No payment is required to obtain the bonus entries. Moola Pro access includes the 14-day free trial, which is free to start and can be cancelled at any time before any payment is taken. Any entrant may therefore obtain the three entries without paying anything. Paying for a subscription confers no additional advantage over starting the free trial, and payment is never a condition of entry or of receiving bonus entries.
Bonus entries are determined by your Pro access status at the point your entry is verified; if you start a free trial after opting in, your entry count is updated automatically before the draw.
5. The prize
- One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Last Night of the Proms on Saturday 12 September 2026 at the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Gore, South Kensington, London SW7 2AP.
- The seats are in a private box — the only box in the Royal Albert Hall to retain its original décor.
- The tickets are provided personally by a director of the promoter, who holds the box. They have not been purchased from, and are not supplied by, the venue or the event organiser.
- The total prize value is £340 (2 × £170 RRP per ticket).
- Tickets only. Travel, accommodation, food, drink and all other expenses are the winner’s own responsibility and are not included.
- The prize is non-transferable and the tickets must not be sold. It is awarded to the winner personally. The winner must attend in person and may bring one guest using the second ticket. The tickets must not be sold, re-sold, auctioned, exchanged, offered as a prize or otherwise passed on to any other person, whether for payment or free of charge, and the winner may not transfer their win to someone else. Any attempt to sell or transfer the tickets will invalidate them and the prize may be withdrawn. We may ask the winner to confirm their identity at the venue.
- There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money or anything else of monetary value.
- The prize is subject to the event organiser’s own terms and to availability. If the event is postponed, cancelled or materially changed by the organiser, or the prize otherwise becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value or, where that is not possible, withdraw the prize with no further liability.

6. Winner selection & notification
- The winner will be drawn at random from all valid, verified entries received before the closing time, using a process that ensures each eligible ENTRY has an equal chance of being selected (entrants holding three entries therefore have three chances).
- The winner will be notified on 1 September 2026 by email to the address used to enter.
- The winner must respond within 3 days of being notified to claim the prize. This short window is necessary because the event takes place shortly after the draw. If we cannot reach the winner or they do not respond within that time, we reserve the right to disqualify that entry and draw an alternative winner.
- We may ask the winner to verify their identity, age and UK residency before releasing the prize.
7. Your data
We process the personal data you provide to administer this prize draw (verifying eligibility, drawing and contacting the winner, and arranging the prize) on the basis of our legitimate interest in running it. We will only send you marketing emails if you separately opt in — opting in to marketing is not a condition of entry, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Except where required to fulfil the prize or by law, we will not publish more than the winner’s first name and county, and only with their consent where required.
8. General
- By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and accept these Terms and the decisions of the promoter, which are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- We reserve the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or breach these Terms, and to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control — this does not affect your statutory rights.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), the BBC, or the Royal Albert Hall.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
